Shipping

All the jewelry comes in signature jewelry boxes and are shipped in a padded mailing envelope or box. All of the orders are sent through the Finnish Postal Office (Posti) and will be dispatched in 5 working days - unless further notified.  

Shipping costs vary depending on shipping country:

• Finland 0€

• EU 10€

• Rest of the world 20€

All orders are shipped with the tracking information, you get the tracking number via your e-mail once the order has been shipped. 

Returns

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. All of the returned items must be in the same condition and in the original packaging as they were when purchased. Signed is not responsible for packages mailed to us, therefore we suggest that you use a trackable mail service when returning a order.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.

Payment

Payment is accepted through PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All the prices on the website include Finnish VAT (24%). Note that when ordering outside EU there might be some custom duties or import taxes. Please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.

We use Stripe as our secure payment provider.
